foxeye-dev software package provides Universal modular network agent - development package, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install foxeye-dev
foxeye-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the foxeye-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep foxeye-dev *
You will get with foxeye-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
